Only the best parts (OEM or high end brands only!) And since I have all the receipts I will be registering the car brand new to the winning bidder as the first owner on a 65 plate with zero miles on the clock!
Spec:
Engine
M5 5 litre V8 mated to a 540i 5speed manual sports box. Stage 3+ clutch M5 clutch (Strongest organic clutch you can get for the M5 to make it more civil for day to day driving) and lightweight aluminium flywheel) Air con and power steering pump removed. (Power steering replaced by an electric audi item) Custom dry sump developed by Pace Products with oil tank relocated to the boot and oil pump front mounted where air con used to be. Custom air intakes. Custom made tuned length manifolds and twin side exits on both sides of the car! (Looks amazing!) Fuel tank removed from underneath to make room for the side exits and replaced by a race spec fuel cell in the boot. Engine sits on competition engine mounts and custom made sub frame. Plenium chamber painted red.
Chassis
KW Variant 3 (Fully independently adjustable in ride height/dampening and rebound. Eibach anti rollbars. ABS removed. Aviation spec braided fuel lines all round going to Brembo GT 8 pot setup at the front and Brembo GT 4 pot setup at the back. (Calipers all red) Eibach inch spacers at the front. 20" 3 piece semi forged Trafficstars. 8.5J upfront (With 3.5inch dish) and 10J setup at back (with 5inch dish.)
Interior
Stripped out interior to save weight so no carpets, headliner (Can now see carbon roof panel from inside which looks cool!), interior lights, air bags, rear seats or anything not important! Then sprayed Satin black. Full welded in cage to all four struts for strength and rigidity (A few bars have been left out from making it a full race spec cage for ease of everyday use but if the winning bidder wants this as a race car the last bars can be put in at cost) 2X Recaro Pole positions on runners (For adjustability) in black and silver alacantara. 2X red sabelt harnesses. CSL carbon fibre door cards and rear quarters. M3 dash.
Exterior
Full OEM M3 CSL bodykit. Complete car sprayed professionally in Ferrari Grigio Alloy. Front bumper modified to have 2 intakes. Rear diffuser replaced by a different carbon fibre item to increase downforce and to look right without the exhausts coming out of the rear (Now side exits) Side skirts modified to allow exhaust to come through. Carbon fibre roof panel. Vorsteiner GTR style vented bonnet (Also have standard none vented lightweight CSL item) Xenons.
Estimated Spec
Horse Power at just under 500bhp. 0-60 in approx sub 4. Top speed About 200mph.
Probably loads more to list but on a 2 year project like this you tend to forget things! If we were approached by a customer to produce another one now we wouldn?t even contemplate it for anything less than 120grand since the time and cost involved is unbelievable! So grab yourselves a bargain!
Car is just going through its final tweaks to get it ready for its first registration and will be ready in the next few weeks
Winning bidder will have as much technical advise as they want from ourselves. As well as anything they would like to do to the car to personalize it, can be done at cost by ourselves. Also any servicing or repairs can also be done by ourselves at cost since no one knows the ins and outs of this car better than us!
This is a real beautiful car that we are going to be gutted to let go but would like to release the equity tied up in this car to use in other projects elsewhere. On the winning bidder winning the car he/she is expected to pay a 10% non returnable deposit within 48hours.
A further 50% will then be needed before we take the car to be registered brand new on a 65 plate for them.
Then the last 40% on collection of their new devilish toy!
