La Bugatti sembra aver risvegliato i bassi istinti di diversi costruttori: la Weber presenterà al top Marques di Monaco una supercar in grado di toccare i 400 km/h. Il motore è un V8 di oltre 7 litri montato centralmente, ma il costruttore non ha ancora dichiarato la potenza. Telaio in alluminio, carrozzeria in carbonio e un complesso sitema di trasmissione e cambio completano il quadro.

400km/h guaranteed
All components of the car are self-developments and were designed with the most modern CAD programs. All parts were constructed with the FEM (fenite elements computation of the firmness of the parts).
Chassis
The chassis consists of high-quality aluminum, as it is used otherwise only in air and space travel. The tools for the aluminium profiles were manufactured by Weber themselves. The advantage of this complex construction gave them a weight reduction of 32% opposite of a chrome molybdenum framework with the same rigidity. The complete chassis weighs only 65 kg. The whole structure was FEM computed and the torsional rigidity is also very high naturally. During a strain of 14 tons the chassis only bends 1°.
Aerodynamics
The aerodynamic tuning is probably the most important thing from a super sportscar. The technicians have spent a long time optimising. Over a period of nine months new models were designed again and again. The perfect result will soon be showed! Reaching a top speed of over 400 km/h is guaranteed. Important in this case are those contact pressures in the front and in the rear, so that the vehicle remains stable on the street. The engine and transmission interpretation were determined according to this data. Weber has a power reserve of 15%, in order to reach the final speed.

Engine
The 7.2l V8 supercharged mid mounted and intercooled engine is very unique. Dry sump and a coil for each cilinder like race engines. At this point Weber will not want to give away what the maximum power is.
Gearbox-Drive train
The semi automated sequential 6-speed gearbox is one of their biggest innovations. The emphasis during its development was on fast gear changes of 80 milliseconds and the delivery of extremely large torques. This gearbox is unique?last but not least they send their torque to 4 wheels with an intelligent torque management system for best traction and superior acceleration. The entire power train, as well as the differentials, were designed by Weber themselves and are partly produced by them too.
